Nobody wants to deal with issues of hiring, then pay taxes, keep various documents. All this takes a lot of time, nerves, and also has large financial costs. Of course, you can hire an hr-manager to your staff and delegate to him questions about finding IT specialists. But it seems to me that the most practical and effective approach would be to refer to the dedicated team structure. This approach will allow you to supplement your team with remote specialists who can be located anywhere in the world and at the same time you do not need to pay taxes for them.
