How can I unblock someone on twitter?

To unblock the blocked person, visit his/her profile. Then click on 'Unblock' from the drop down menu. That's it!

Using the Twitter Website
1. Click your profile image in the upper-right corner and select "Settings.
2.Click the "Blocked accounts" option in the left menu
3. Click the "Blocked" button next to the account you want to unblock
4. Click the "Follow" button to start following that user again.
Using the Twitter App
1. Tap the "Me" tab at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap the Gear button next to your profile image and select "Settings.
3 . Tap "Privacy and content.
4. Scroll down and tap "Blocked accounts
5. Tap the ? button next to the user you want to unblock.
