There are a bunch of free apps in the Market that will backup your contact and texts to the SD card, and you can copy them from there to the PC.
like Kies, Gmail, and more... Mobiledic Android desktop manager tool also can export Android contacts to PC without any loss.

To get started, please download and launch Android Transfer on your PC. Then, follow the onscreen instructions to connect your Android phone to PC via a USB cable or QR code. Once click "Contacts" on the right panel you'll see a list of your call records. On the top of the screen, click the icon that says "Export".........................

How to Transfer Contacts between Android and Computer:
===============================================
There are two ways offered to you:
------------------------------------------------
1. Use Android Transfer to export your contacts and you can preview them on PC. Next you can import them back to device with it also.
2. Use Phone Transfer to back up and restore your phone data. But with this way, you cannot preview the backup files which is saved as bak file but you can restore from them to view contacts on device.

To move data from android phone to pc, I think  it can be easier with an android assistant, you can transfer or backup text messages, contacts, photos, and other  media files like videos, music files.
And which allows you to view them on PC, so you can choose selectively and freely. Backup android contacts.
