Hi there. I know there is much chat about the various third party Exchange Recovery tools to extract a mailbox to PST from and EDB file. None of the tools that I have found are free and some that I have tested are not so good. So, my question: Can anyone recommend anything OR can someone tell me how to get Microsoft to do the extract for me?

Symantec recommend using Microsoft which I am sure I will have to pay for - just not sure how to go about getting MS to do the job.
